On Saturday, September 12, PAC Rugby will host the annual Over 35 v. Under 35 alumni game and the Ray Honda Memorial banquet at the Front Page in Arlington, VA.

Friday Night (September 11):
Guys should plan on getting together. Location TBD.

Game:
Saturday September 12 at Noon. Game at 15th and Independence. Over 35 vs. under 35. Possible kids vs. parents game during halftime. Post party to follow at the Bottom Line.

Dinner:
Saturday Sept. 12 6:30 p.m. Banquet at The Front Page Arlington. $60 per person. Party to follow after at the BL.

We have some big changes and announcements this year:
1. PAC Rugby is now officially an IRS-registered 501(c) (3) not-for-profit organization, meaning certain donations and other activities are tax exempt and deductible. This is great news as we look to build and grow the organization at all levels of rugby in the Washington, DC area.

2. There will be a silent auction this year at the banquet. We are seeking items to place in the auction.

Redskins games has started, if you haven't got your ID yet, please do so ASAP. You can get IDs every Mon- Wed and Fri. from 10-4 in the centerplate office- send Stefan an email with the NAMES of who will be getting ID's 24 hours in advance (I need to notify centerplate of who can get ID's)

Also: 31st of August.

Where: FedEx Field inside club macanudo (cigar bar)

Time: 6-9pm

If you have not signed up for your two games, please do so TODAY.

Anyone not working two games will be fined $100/game not worked.
Anyone missing a shift they sign up for will be fined $50 plus they have to make up the shift. If no shifts become available you are out the $100 too.

All players will keep their own tips.

There will be 11 players needed per game. 2 in the back room, 8 in the stands and 1 runner to help out. Everyone must show up no later than 2 hours before kick off.

Training is held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7 p.m. at the game field at 15th & Independence Ave SW. Attendance is mandatory.

It's time to start getting into shape, sharpen up those skills, and fine tune the teamwork for the upcoming fall season.

We have a full DII schedule starting in September, and several Super League friendlies throughout the fall.

So everyone needs to turn out and start putting in the work to make the upcoming season a successful one for PAC.
