Cups has 61 polo shirts with the PAC logo embroidered on them to sell to the guys. They're $10 a piece. There are limited quantities per size so it's on a first come, first served basis.

The polos are navy blue, 100% cotton. He will have one in each size at practice if guys want to try them on, and I'll be taking orders there and by email.

NOVA Pain & Rehab Center is having their annual patient appreciation night this year at Crystal City Sports Pub in Arlington, Virginia on Friday September 28th from 7:00pm till 11:00pm.

There will be free food, door prizes, drink specials and a special appearance by the Washington Redskin Cheerleaders. Crystal City Sports Pub's address is 529 South 23rd Street - Arlington , Virginia 22202 .

It should be a great night and people do not have to be a patient to show up.

October 20, which is the RWC Final, also sees PAC take on Old Blue. After PAC's game, there will be a lunch provided. More details are pending.

PAC's Alumni group's planning for the South Africa trip is well underway. The trip will be most likely be scheduled for March 5 through March 19, 2008. We would fly on the first and last Wednesdays of the trip. We need to get an idea fairly quickly about who might want to go.

Although this is a trip planned for former players and will have a rugby orientation or focus, and we hope to play some old boys games, you don't have to play rugby to join us on the trip. Everyone is welcome to come--wives, children, friends, etc. Planning a trip for 5 or 75 takes the same amount of time so we really don't care how many come. But we do need some critical mass of guys who are committed to playing a few old boys games--otherwise we will focus on the most salubrious aspects of the visit.
